SIZING:

For sizing help, click on "sizing help" located on the main menu.  Leotards are meant to fit snug/fitted.  If your child is in between sizes, I suggest sizing up.  If you don't want the leotard to fit snug, I suggest sizing up.  The lace and tutu dresses tend to stretch a less due to the lace & tutu around the waist.  My suggestion is to size up in these.

FREE SHIPPING:

Orders $50 are more ship for free.  You must select free shipping when checking out.  We always try to combine multiple orders.  We will refund any extra shipping however in order to receive free shipping, the total must be $50 after discounts and in one transaction.

RETURNS:
Customer must contact me within 7 days of receiving item to start the return process.  
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Leotards must be UNWASHED and UNWORN.  If the item doesn’t arrive back to me in new condition I will not refund. Item must be returned in a timely manner.  After 30 days all sales are final.  There are no returns for monogrammed leotards.  All messy bows are hand tied to size, therefore there are no returns on messy bows.  All tutu dress leotards are final sale. 

Items marked final sale are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGES:
Customer must contact me within 7 days of receiving item.  Item must be UNWASHED and UNWORN.  Once I receive the item I will refund the transaction minus the original shipping.  You can then go back in and purchase the size/color you need.  After 30 days all sales are final.  There are no exchanges on monogrammed leotards.  All messy bows are hand tied to size, therefore there are no exchanges on messy bows. All tutu dress leotards are final sale.  

LOST PACKAGE:
If your package has been lost in transit contact your local USPS and/or USPS customer service 1-800-275-8777.  Once an item has been shipped it is out of my hands.

You may purchase insurance by selecting $7 priority shipping. 

TAT (Turn Around Times):

Messy Bows: 2 weeks
Monogrammed Leotards: 2 weeks

All items will ship together. Turn around refers to production time and does not include shipping time.

CUSTOM LEOTARDS:
If you are needing a custom design on your leotard, it is best to message me first with your ideas.

$3.75 flat rate shipping (first class)
$7 priority shipping

Priority shipping does not mean the item is rushed.  The same turn around still applies.
